Good afternoon Grayson Swim & Dive,

Please read this email thoroughly, there is a lot of information!

  • Scoreboard Fundraising

Please have your contacts uploaded into the scoreboard app by Monday 10/17 and actively send messages to get donations. Our flag football team, with similar numbers on the team, has raised nearly $10,000. If we get to $7,000 as a team, the top 2 money raiser will get a team jacket as a price. This is a fundamental part of our program, I will be reaching out individually to folks starting Tuesday if they are not in the system yet.

Scoreboard Directions

  • Registration, Dues & Rank One

We need all swimmers who intend to be part of the team to register and pay by tomorrow, 10/17. Dues are $375, and that amount must be settled by 10/31, with $200 paid by Thursday, 10/20. Please use the registration link, payment options, and Rank One Directions below to complete these steps accordingly.

Additionally, please make sure we are actively communicating with Coach Stewart & Coach Jenna about our practice attendance. If you are attending a year-round program please make sure to let them know. If you have a true emergency (family death, car trouble, illness) please make sure to communicate ASAP with the coaches. Swimmers can only get better when they are in the water, we are fortunate to have a full hour of practice each day this year, and we need to be taking full advantage of it.
