Good morning Grayson Rams,

Please read the directions below regarding our swim meet this Friday:

Swimmers will meet at Grayson High School at 4:30pm for a meal before the meet.

The bus to the meet will be at Grayson High School by 5:15pm. We will load up and leave by 5:30pm. Warm-ups are from 6:50 to 7:10 

Parent Volunteers will need to be at West Gwinnett Aquatic Center by 6pm to start setting up. Positions that need to be field by parents

• Set up crew (5)
• Concession stands workers (2)
• Scoring Computer operator (1)
• Timing Console operator (1)
• Timers (8)
• Dive Scorer Verifier (1)
• Take down crew (5)

Many of these positions have been filled, I will be reaching out to some of you to help out as needed. Thank you Rams!
