Welcome back for another season with Grayson High School Swim & Dive. Please find the breakdown of what info you need below, more info is in the registration and at our parent meetings! Registration

• Register using this link
• $450 per swimmer
• Registration is due by 09/16/2024
• Dues are due by 10/15/2024
• Can pay at registration or via check, Venmo, Cash App
• Once dues are paid in full, swimmers receive team gear (swim cap, 2 shirts, team jacket, team pants, team bag for new swimmers & freshmen)

Rank One & Physicals

• Swimmers must have their Rank One profiles set up, all forms signed by a parent, and an approved physical from a doctor uploaded to Rank One by 09/30/2024 or they cannot participate in Swim & Dive
• You can find parent directions on how to download and use Rank One, the correct physical form to download and print to take to your doctor to fill out, and other instructions for this at the Grayson High School Athletics Page

Fundraising & Volunteering

• Both are mandatory & have a hold fee at registration
• 6 meet volunteer minimum requirement per family
• Training for certain positions will be offered in October, more TBA
• Participation in team fundraiser is required

Parent Meetings

• Both are mandatory to attend
• In Person Meeting - Monday, 09/16 6:30 PM
  • Grayson High School Lecture Hall
  • One parent from each family must be there (and swimmer if trying on swim suit)
  • Team info: coaches, expectations, booster club, etc
  • Team suit fitting: optional with our vendor Reddiset there to size you if needed
  • Set up team fundraiser
• Virtual Meeting - Thursday, 09/19 7:00 PM via Zoom
  • Launch team fundraiser
  • Answer any lingering questions
  • Should be no more than 15 minutes

Schedule

• Practice schedule and location will be disclosed at parent meeting, we are still working with the county with this issue
• Meet Schedule will be on SwimTopia and at presented at the team meeting
