High School Rams,

Please read this email in its entirety. It provides specific directions for next week and praises our team for our win this past week!

Practice Changes:

• Coach Zach has asked that everyone arrive dressed and ready by 7:45 PM so that we can fully utilize our limited practice time.
• Coach Zach also asks everyone to drink water throughout the day and bring at least one water bottle to practice daily. We have had too many swimmers cramping at practice.
• FOR THIS WEEK ONLY, we will have practice on Friday at 5 PM (be there by 4:45 PM) at Swim Atlanta Sugarloaf so swimmers can have Thursday (Halloween) off. Here is the address:

Buses:

• We will not have a team bus moving forward unless we have multiple swimmers who need a ride there and back. This is a big expense that we can save on. If you have any issues with transportation, let me know on a one-on-one basis.

Meet #2:

• Red, White & Blue Theme: No paint or glitter, but come dressed up to celebrate Veterans Day and Election Day as we take on our rival Archer
• This is a huge meet for us; bring your A-game!
• RSVP and Meet Volunteer sign-up is due by Tuesday, 10/29, after practice
• We need all hands on deck! We need 11 timers and all positions filled before meet day.
• Divers: Once you complete your check-in through your program, please email Coach Stewart by Wednesday with your events. REMINDER: you must have six dives to compete
