GHS Rams,

Thank you for going out and swimming each of your best this weekend! We had several time drops, along with county and state time cuts! I am attaching the results and highlighting our county and state qualifiers from this meet at the bottom of this email.

Meet #4 Reminders:

• RSVP by Tuesday night!
• Practice is at 8 PM Monday through Thursday. BUT we would like everyone on deck by 7:50 PM to fully utilize our available time.
• Anyone missing their gear or team bag, I will have it at practice tomorrow
• Please continue to volunteer at our meets, it is the most important part of having things run smoothly. We are having our best parent involvement in a few years with our current crew and we are so grateful!
• HYDRATION, HYDRATION, HYDRATION! We are still having swimmers cramp up during practices and meets. Water is our best friend, especially in season! Make sure to have a water bottle or two on you at all times.
