Parent Virtual Meeting Notes - Please Read

Included below are the instructions we went over during the fundraiser meeting tonight. If you are participating in the fundraiser, you must complete those instructions and begin tonight along with those of us who attended the meeting.
Here are the options, as a reminder, for the mandatory fundraiser participation:
- (Recommended) Participate in the fundraiser
- Simply follow the attached instructions and raise at least $150
- Pay the $150 out of pocket
- If you paid online, we will simply pull the $150 on 10/31 once we have the final tally from the fundraiser. If you paid cash, check, or via a third-party app, we will ask that you pay the $150 on 10/31.
Lastly, here are the dates and trainings for the lead volunteer positions we went over in the parent meeting last month. Let me or Coach Stewart know if you attend any of these:
- Saturday, 10/11 & Saturday 10/18 @ Mountain Park Aquatic Center
- 9 AM: Set up crew
- 10:30 AM: Console Operators & Scoring Table Workers
- 1 PM: Computer Operators
We need the following number of people trained in each area:
- Set Up Crew: 6 families
- Console Operators: 3 families
- Computer Operators: 3 families
