Clody is here! We are thrilled to have everyone participating in one of the largest swim meets of the year! Please read the itinerary below, and thank you to our volunteers for our concession stand!

Meet Itinerary:

• 7:15 AM: Swimmers can enter the building. Swimmers report to pool deck to claim our spot
• 7:30 AM: Concession Stand workers arrive (Eric Jensen & I will be there early to set up)
• 7:45 AM: Absolute latest time swimmers can arrive
• 8 AM: Doors open to spectators (please visit the Go Fan link below to purchase tickets and heat sheets, no payments will be allowed for these on site)
• 8:25 AM: Team Warm Ups Lanes 9-10
• 9 AM: Meet Starts
• 12:45 PM: Estimated ending time

Parking:

This is a full event, so it is first-come, first-served serve and it is full well before 8 AM. I would advise parking either in the lower lot to the left of the pool or in the larger upper lot to the right of the entrance.

Ticket & Heat Sales:

Please use the link below to pre-purchase your tickets and heat sheets. You will simply scan your ticket and show your purchase of the heat sheet there on the GoFan app or on your confirmation email. There will be no cash or in-person payment method, and all spectators who have not already signed up to help with the concession stand must pay to watch.

What to bring:

• Positive attitudes and good vibes
• Your Grayson swim attire (quarter zip, grey shirt, black swim cap)
• At least two towels
• Hydration & snack items or money for the concession stand
• Extra swimsuit
• Extra caps, swimsuit, goggles (these items are the ones that tend to break)
